I am on the point of phoning ombudsman and iwyze never gets back to me always a different story

i can not handle this anymore Philadelphia is not responding after iwyze confirmed she needs to send me paperwork on friday 23/*** and still no response from her.

she reads my messages then marks them un-seen again i am now fed up and taking matters further. i get no response from pineapple whatsoever and im not playing this game anymore . iwyze i am still waiting for a call from you guys but nothing yet i must phone my self to get some bull**** story
