I'm Nokukhanya Mkhize Iwyze client, on the 6th of February 2021 my fiance drove my car from Empangeni,He came across an accident while he was trying to run away from it to avoid oil spillage he noticed while driving, and swave off the road,and he jumped off the car an he noticed that it was something minor, he carried on driving and after couple of kilometers as he was driving he noticed that the vehicle started showing alert light, and immediately stopped,and notified the Iwyze insurance company,and Iwyze sent breakdown to take the vehicle to the nearest panel beater, which was Outer boy panel beater in a Mpangeni,they orginized curtesy car for him from Avis,and then 3 weeks later a guy name Delano Chame consultant called me telling me that my car will be written off ,due to negligent, because the car insurance company was supposed to be called immediately after the accident since they found out that the engine was affected because of car being driven after the accident, so they are not liable for the engen however assured to pay me in cash the cost of the damage caused by the accident. I'm still waiting for the money which has not been paid back to me. Avis car rental called me around the 11th March 2021 to return the car back to Avis. I called Iwyze and informed them that I needed the money urgently so that I can I go on and hire a car that will help me travel to work so long. The Iwyze consultant I formed me to ignore the message about returning the car because they hired the car on my behalf not me. Now when I call the guy again he said I'm responsible to pay Avis and he never said I should ignore the message. I asked him to send me the audio clip as proof as to what he said to me during our conversation and he's failing to do that, now I'm left with the Avis bill. I NEED SOMEONE HIGHER TO CONTACT PLEASE BEFORE I TAKE THIS FURTHER IM FRUSTRATED +***
