<p>on the 21 august i had a car accident and i reported it to my insurance iwyze on the same day. it took them two weeks to tow my car form home and they only started with the investigation on the third week. i have courtesy car on my insurance which was taken form me because of their delay in the process i called numerous times sopke to Thabile Zondi requesting an extension in my car hire and i had asked her to advise her superior to contact me but no one got back to me to explain. it is the 2month now my car is still in repairs i still dont have my car with me why do i have to suffer for the delays that iwyze made. i demand answers now i am sick and tired of the wait without a car it is inconveniencing me i need to my car by this week’s i have places to go</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
