Just bad

Have been a client of IWIZE since 2011. Yesterday my bumper got blown off my car on the N1, luckily no other vehicle was involved and the bumper landed in the hazardous lane,which we managed to retrieve I called my insurance company to lodge a claim. After going through all of the details I asked the consultant what the excess would be was told R4500,00 - should be nil as I am 70, but added to this an additional R4500,00 because no other vehicle was involved - Can you credit this - penalized because I did not cause an accident SHOCKING.
