Joseph from the retentions department at Iwyze was absolutely brilliant... absolutely brilliant... I had dealt with a previous consultant who promised to assist me but nothing materialized for some reason, then a second consultant also did not do what he promised... after contacting for a third time, I was extremely angry and JOSEPH (now being the THIRD) consultant, assisted me. He was unbelievably understanding, professional, helpful and extremely patient. he was extremely knowledgeable and the service received from him was the best I have received!!! he is a real asset to the Company and because of him I have decided not to change insurers. THANK YOU so much Joseph, you were really Great!!!
