Iywze complain

Hi please help me I was involved in an accident November 28 2019 I reported to my insurance they gave me claim no: ***. Firstly I report to the police as per accident no 172/11/2019,the car was towed to techno star garage in Durban because I was in Durban, till present I never got my car and I never skip to pay them and now they change my access fee it was R3900.00 now they say its R4500.00. Regards worried
