Iywize is doji insurance lookout

In September my mom got accident in Newcastle.. a day after she called the insurance to claim and they sent an assessor(sicelo maseko) and my mom's car was written off. The insurance tow company came to where the car was placed and they took it to PMB where they store other written off cars and they started to rip it and selling part of the cars. But because the car was paid up my mom threatened to take the company to court and luckily they returned the car and the other part. A week later she filed a claim and they kept on saying they will send a form she has to sign but that form was never received till this Day... From September.. I repeat iywize is doji insurance they only care about profit.
