Iwzye- useless at this point

I have been trying to claim for my phone that needs fixing and been getting the run around for days. Firstly, their contact lines keep cutting and no one calls you back or you get referred to different people but no one actually assists, or they tell you a Manager will call you and they never do. I have spoken to 8 different people and I still have not logged the claim. They simply make it seem that this is a favor to you forgetting you are paying for a service.

Could not insure my new phone, as I needed to get one with all the running around they are doing to avoid processing my claim. They said to insure this cellphone would be R900, more than my car insurance alone, after searching for another insurance house, this sum makes absolutely no sense. Iwyze is becoming a **** and if this matter is not gey resolved I am definitely escalating to the ombudsman.
