IWYZW Incompetence and NO CARE ATTITUDE

I had a concealed water pipe leaking claim logged on 24 December 2020, they have sent out an assessor on 6 Jan 21. Due to the water leaking, the toilet pan and wash basin had developed hairline cracks. A plumber was sent,they have cut the tiles and wall and put in new pipes underneath the floor. They ( plumbers) advised me that another team will be sent to repair the floor. From 13 Jan I am contacting IWYZE for the repairs to the floor and walls. The person that is the 'claim handler' is always busy on another call. Every time I call, I speak to a different consultant to whom I have to explain the entire story too and they advise that they will call will feedback before the end of the day which never happens. One consultant . My call on 21 Jan at 10:27 , i spoke to Requel Johnson who blatantly **** to me saying that she has spoken to the claim handle Athenkhosi ( who is on another call) and he advised that they have the report on hand and are working on it and Atenkhosi will call me back as soon as he is one on the call. My call on 26 Jan, i had spoken to Louisa who then tells me that an assessor my be appointed again to asses the resultant damages. The assessor came out on the 28 Jan and till date no repairs have been done. The assessor and iwyze does not seem the care that I am inconvenienced due to their incompetence and no care attitude. I have children who can eaisly get hurt due to the open trenches and the hot water pipes exposed and the sharp edges of the tiles. there are insects and frogs entering through the holes in the wall that the plumber broke. Really disgusted with the service of IWYZE, cannot believe that they have the ' Old Mutal ' name attached to this.
