Iwyze your a dissapoint

On the 20th of August I had an accident.. My car was written off instantly but no one called to inform me until 3 weeks back when I called to confirm with them what was happening... We made arrangements for them to pick up the registration papers which they did but up to this day thy say someone will call me to make payments arrangements.. Mind you i hv been using public transportation for close to 5 months now and they still deduct the monthly premium for the same car that is written off.... Thts pure ***** iwyze I'm very disappointed
