Worst service ever

My case has been unattended to for more than six months, I wrote a complaint here and the response from iwyze was that they will investigate the matter very soon. What is very soon, coz the accident was in December 2018 but the company wrote off my car and decided to repair a portion of the written off car. And I am left with payment of a car I am currently not owning.
