IWYZE won't cancel my policy

I am trying to cancel my policy taken out yesterday effective for 5th of November 2018, I have read all these bad reviews from customers with IWYZE and I changed my mind I do NOT WANT TO BE your customer, I have tried phoning your Call Centre 9 TIMES to get through to the Cancellations department and every time they put the phone down!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! and now I understand WHY customers are so unhappy with the service! CANCEL MY POLICY!!
