Iwyze will look for ways not to pay

On the 12th of september our home was broken into. Our whole house was ransacked, i opened a case with the saps and also had finger prints done where the suspects broke my window.

I reported the matter to my insurance iwyse and spoke to Chad marais, all this company was concerned about was proof of receipts of the items taken. I said for some yes and others no. Receipts fade anyway.

5 days later a Mr Govender pitches up and inform me he is the assesor, i go through everything in detail with him. I get recorded and interrogated like I'm a suspect. He inform me that all jewelry will not be replaced as it was suppose to be locked away in a safe, no electronics will be replaced as he wants receipts (bear in mind one tv is about 4 years old) and also that an electronic device thats being used as part of my hobby wont be replaced either because its being used for commercial use (????).

My sound system was damaged and one speaker ****** yes you guess right they also wont be paying for that because they didnt ***** the whole set.

Mr govender couldn't tell me more about his days in the police force, another scare tactic they use to put you under pressure.

I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE EVEN THINK OF USING IWYZE.

As soon as this claim is wrapped up it will be the last they hear of me.
