IWYZE will destroy your life

IWYZE really destroyed me, someone crashed on my car but i am the one who is being attacked never and never use this insurance please read my story.

My car was involved in an accident due to a collision with another vehicle, which failed to adhere to the road sign causing the accident. I immediately reported the incident to Iwyze and filed a claim for the damages sustained to my vehicle.

False and Unfair Assessment: Following the incident, an assessor from Iwyze claimed that he conducted an evaluation of the damages. However, I strongly believe that the assessment was inaccurate and misleading. The assessment report fails to acknowledge the actual incident facts, leading to the claim's unwarranted rejection.

Additionally, the manner in which the insurance company handled my claim was highly unfair. They provided minimal communication throughout the process, failed to address my concerns adequately, and dismissed my attempts to provide additional evidence to support my claim. • In the beginning the assessor claimed that I was driving at 91 km/h and I asked where he took the speed from he said from the tracker. The second time he sent the rejection letter saying I was driving at 92km/h and when I asked where did he take the speed from he said he extracted the information from my car. This indicated a false record because my car battery was disconnected from the car on the 29/05/2023 at Stormvoel Road and Kilner Park.

• The car was a taken to Auction Nation, located at 94 Sarel Baard Street, Rooihuiskraal, Centurion. The assessor claimed that he went there to assess the car and extract the information, but the car does not have an indication on the window that supposed to be written W/O, and the last location on the tracker shows Stormvoel Road and Kilner Park this proves that the assessor never extracted any information from the car because the car was never on. • False speed of 92 km/h recorded as opposed to the speed I was driving on a hijack hot spot. As I mentioned to the assessor together with the first assessors from Iwyze , I was once hijacked, and on that night I was followed and stopped at the garage and called a my friend Glen Lebepe and he escorted me until I merged on N4. • False information was recorded on their hub about the time of the incident, type of the incident and all the information is being used against me please

• The inability to hold the party responsible for causing the accident, vehicle driver B failed to stop at a stop sign and observe oncoming traffic before passing. I had right of way. • The assessor drove with me back to the scene and drove over 60 km/h on the same road he said I drove over the limit. He was not considerate of what I have been through and the trauma I’m facing, this felt like he did not care about a customer who has been loyal and never missed any payment. They sent a termination letter stating that they are terminating my contract from 29th of May but they deducted their premiums for the month of June and July without considering that I’m emotionally overwhelmed and stressed due to this process.
