iWYZE? Who runs such a shoddy operation?
Don't, seriously, don't bother with this bunch.
If you can take your insurance elsewhere, insist on it.
Car accident, 2 weeks ago, and phoned my insurance company (Indwe) who put me through to the emergency services. Here I was told that I don't have accident cover. Err.... I have comprehensive insurance!! Asked what I should do... and was instructed to arrange and pay for a towtruck myself - which I did. Only to be phoned back and told I DO have cover and they would arrange something.
Well iWYSE went ahead and messed up EVERYTHING I had put in place by then. The car was taken to the graveyard, even though my instructions were to tow it to my panelbeaters. From there, iWYZE have done everything to muddy the waters. Now they say it's a borderline write-off but the panelbeaters are prepared to repair the car AND give me a 2 year gurantantee?? Word on the street is iWYZE probably have a buyer for the vehicle already and stand to make a lot more money selling it off than repairing it.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!
