Iwyze was a Bad Choice

The decision by Ombud came 7 months after I referred the complaint. Perusing the explanation, I was amazed that it took him so long to provide a simple decision. Iwyze with its enormous resources and experts inevitably won the day...again! Between Iwyze, their biassed assessors and the Ombud, John Citizen has a sliver of success. The Ombud found Iwyze's motivation more credible than mine. Iwyze is too callous, uncompromising, and slippery for the average client. Iwyze did not act in good faith and manipulated the information which the Ombud bought hook, line and sinker. Iwyze benefitted from a healthy R896 per month for several years. All I got was resistance and bad faith for my financial input. I shan't obsess over this, but I take this opportunity to advise potential clients that Iwyze serves their self-interests primarily. If they can use their collective power against a pensioner, imagine what they are capable of doing to other clients. I have since terminated my contract with the Wyze guys. I am terminating ALL my policies with OLD MUTUAL as soon as possible. There's nothing mutual about their values and services.
