Iwyze want me to approve two debit orders

Guys how come you want to double debit me. Got the sms saying my premium was not paid and a sms that say I must approve debit. When I go to my banking app iwyze want me to approve ANOTHER debit. Called my bank, they said it is possible that iwyze will debit twice, they said the best option is to call iwyze. Been calling whole day no one is picking up the call. Come on guys we work hard for our money so we can't be ****med just so easily. I hope you don't cancel my insurance. If iwyze changed anything like account they need to call me not send a -Grade R- SMS. Until iwyze call me I don't approve anything ******** are out for our money. If the SMS is from you, grow up guys.
