iWYZE Vehicle insurance is a **** 😒

Iwyze is as Good as day light ******s, a vehicle insure that only enjoys debiting premium every month but doesn't really keep or full fill their promise. Iwyze is a ****.

We were involved in an accident on the 7th of September 2022. Accident was reported next morning because the accident happened at night around 19:44 on our way back home from church.

Around 10:15 in the morning iwyze send FIRST HELP tow truck to get the car, little did we know that even today our car would still not be fixed. Iwyze doesn't call us to give us feedback about the processes, we are the ones calling every day 🙄

Had we not been calling our car would be auctioned by now. My husband would call First Help to as how far are they with fixing the car, luckily for us he called just on time. First Help told my husband that his car was Declared a write off by the insurance company (iWYZE) and that they were instructed to take the car to Auction Nation.

That time we were never given a report that our car was a write off, our car was on its way to being auctioned without our concern 😟. The only damage on that car is on the bumper and two doors, engine is fine, airbags still intact, we still don't understand why was it declared a write off.

It seems like their assesser is hiking the actual damage on the car, they are adding their own things just so the price to fix the car will be higher than the actual car retail price.

The person who bumped into our are is waiting for iWYZE to contact his insurance company and iwyze hasn't contacted his insurance and his car is fixed but our car is still not fixed. We call every single day, instead of iwyze fixing our car we receive call from people we don't know saying they are investigating the accident, they even called my husband's work and asked personal questions. To date our car is not fixed, to date iwyze doesn't call us unless we call. We have sent on the necessary paper work but every time my husndan calls they request that he send paper work as if he is making the claim for the first time. 😢 It is so draining, their consultants are so ***********, we call give a case number and they wouldn't be able to respond to questions being asked. We feel like we've been ****** off our money. It's Like we've been throwing our money into the toilet every month they debited their premiums. I wouldn't recommend iwyze even to my worst enemy. We pay insurance just so we are covered, so that we don't encounter having to paying fixing our car out of our own pockets by they failed to keep to their promise or keeping to what we signed up for.
