iWYZE: use bad reviews to improve customer services, stop using hellopeter as a customer service center

Closed my contract with iWYZE due to poor service delivery from iWYZE, you can only get their attention when you send them a message on "Hellopeter"

So this is my message: my account with you has been closed for the past three months and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the last debit order that went through.
