IWYZE UNSURANCE

<p>On the 26/12/2016 while driving back to Gauteng from Limpopo using R25 with my wife and 2 kids got a tyre punture 10 kilometres away from Bronkhorspruit Town in a dark and scary place where only cars are passing. My first call was at 19:40 and they said someone will contack me to arrange towing in 20 minutes. The number called for IWYZE was ********** 949 and i spoke to so many peaople as i made calls and just imagine if i was on prepaid only God knows what was gona happen.</p> <p>No one called after 20 minutes and after 30 minutes i called and spoke to Gladness, she told me that Phillimon or Phillip was supposed to call me. This is the time that my insurance must proof it self for the premium that i pay on monthly basis. Terrible to say that they where fully aware that i am travelling with kids.</p> <p>All of sudden somone called me that he is from Mhlanga and he is coming to assist me , what happened to towing aroung Bronkhorspruit?</p> <p>Again some called me by the name of Herman from WITBANK to advise that he is coming to assist me and my car will be atken to WITBANK , i refused as i am staying Kempton park. This is not Mechanical problem but just a tyre puncture which can sorted quickly if the car is towed to Bronkhorspruit but he insisted on taking it to WITBANK, that is when i told him NO way that my car will be Towed to Witbank, then the other guy called me from Centurion also said he is coming to assist me.</p> <p>After no one was coming i called the other guy from my village who happen to stay around and he came for assistance and accommodated me at his place with my kids, at that time it was 1:05, got the towing guys for me (SPEEKS TOWING) paid them cash R1250.00 and the next day 27/12/2016 went to buy tires at HI-Q R5780.00 for 2 tyres.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not sure what happened to all this guys that called me if they are still coming or not , The guy by the name of Herman from witbank only came at 1:05 while my car was already loaded on the towing truck with no truck as he claims that it is still coming, he just came to pick us up and drop us at Kemmpton and told him to **** off as i cannot leave my car unattended.</p> <p>Herman can be contacted on ********** 807</p> <p>WHY am i paying insurance that is not there for me during the time of need, no sense of urgency.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is absoultely bad for paying that amount of money while my insurance is debiting my account on monthly basis...</p> <p> </p> <p>T o date no one called me to check if i am safe with my kids... Tshepho promised to call but to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>What i dont understand is that i am paying IWYZE but they pass the responsibility to Mercedes Benz and they say it's better if i do it through Mercedes.</p> <p>The following questions need answers:</p> <p>why are you debiting my account?</p> <p>what services do you cover?</p> <p>what is your turn around time in case like this?</p> <p>in which town are able to provide services?</p> <p>where is the service providers that where supposed to come to the scene except Herman who came without towing truck?</p> <p> </p> <p>What really irritates me is that your staff or mercedes benz staff as i did not know who was supposed to assist me cannot even calculate as according to them WITBANK was the closed which is wrong as MENLYN was the closest with 2 kilometers less than WITBANK.</p> <p> </p> <p>IWYZE is really bad and your assistance in exposing this service will be appreciated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Kgato Ronald Kanyane</p>
