Iwyze unprofessionalism

I wrote a review on Iwyze and the way they handled my claim, instead of calling me and talking to me they sent me an email from their claims department stating :” kindly note, no recovery will commence as no own damages was paid”. I do not even understand what that means. Because this email i received it after hellopeter said they will look into this grievance, then after i received an sms stating : Old Mutual: Urgent Reminder! Secure full cover: FSZ708EC Vehicle Inspection required. Visit Autoboys. Queries: ***. FSP&Ins. T&Cs, then today i received an email :BO Makaluza NOTICE OF CANCELLATION Dear Ms Busiswa Makaluza Policy No: Policyholder: Notice of Cancellation *** Busiswa Makaluza The Vehicle in question, a 2011 FORD-FIESTA 1.4i AMBIENTE 5Dr has been cancelled with effect from 01/04/2022 due to Voidance. This means that you don't have insurance cover in the event of loss of, or damage to the mentioned motor risk. Due to the above, the risk in question will be removed from cover and any premiums received on the risk less third-party cover and any administration costs will be refunded accordingly. Should you have any queries regarding the cancellation of your policy, please contact Old Mutual Car Insurance. What i am failing to understand, why have i not been answered why was my claim accepted then rejected? Why after knowing my car was involved in an accident and they knew they were going to reject the claim and they see the damages on the car, they continued to deduct from my bank on the Month of Dec and Jan? Why is it easy for them to use voidance, whereas when i asked the 2nd claim consultant Thandi Nkwani, of the reason of rejection and ahe answered i did not adhere to requirement, then i asked if i did not meet requirements why is the insurence policy valid as my understanding of not meeting requirements you get rejected or not accepted, how come they continued deducting from my account as there was no sms or email stating that i do not/ have not meet the requirements of this specific car insurence, does that not mean the car insurence is null and void then?

To answer the question if i would ever recommend iwyze : No! The company has no INTEGRITY, is dishonest and i actually feel sorry for people that are covered by them. I have no faith and in this context i am using the word faith very loosely.
