Iwyze unjust rejected claim

I started using the iwyze insurance since 2018,never missed an months premium. Last year my husband and i purchased a second car and i added the new vehicle with iwyze. Fast forward 2022 Feb on our way to work, the unfortunate happened and we were involved in an accident caused by a driver in front - statement and all information provided at the police service and insurance . Our vehicle was written off and had to be transported from Ledig(place accident occured at) to Centurion Royhuiskraal. We had to await the assesser from iwyze for more than 2 weeks to compile his information. The guy found his new witnesses which were never in contact with the police. Changed the official statement as well. Requested us numerous times to redraw the sketch of the incident and all. Our tracker speed report was within the speed limit but the insurance claims we were over speeding at 73 km ph. Speed limit on the ledig road is 60. Iwyze ultimately rejected our claim due to recklessness, overtaking and over speeding. Which all is not true at all. We are devastated as we had to incur costs for storage, releasing of the damaged vehicle and the transport from Cebturion to Rustenburg. And as well as fixing the car since the Auction wannted to offer us peanuts for our car.
