IWYZE ****ty emergency service
I was involved in an accident earlier today and have been calling their emergency number since around 2pm till now 21:42 after 20min or so the call keeps cutting the only time I got through someone named Thandi she asked to transfer me to the relevant department I waited for over 20min no one picked up until it was dropped...now I am imagining a situation where my car wasn't driveable and needed roadside assistance I would still be waiting for iWyze to pick up my call and when I requested a call back via sms they rep**** that they would get back to me the next business day...****ty service

28 Nov 2021, 12:03Sunday 2 days later...just got through to an agent at Iwyze who told me to call back on Monday....this must be a joke!! Now it just became my full time job to get them to process a claim....I do need to change to another insurance company.
