iwyze TV advert promising R505 is just lies

On 28August2020 I requested a quote from iwyze and their quote was not better than my current insurance. I was given a quote reference number and an email address to forward my current policy schedule to iwyze. On 31August2020 I emailed my policy schedule, then received a call from iwyze that my policy schedule and claims letter must not be older than two days. On 01September2020 I emailed my current policy schedule dated 31-08-2020 and claims letter dated 31-08-2020. As of today (07-09-2020) iwyze has not bothered to contact me, even though their auto reply email said I will be contacted within 72 hours. I am starting to believe that their TV advert claiming that you will get R505 if they cannot beat your current insurance is just lies.
