Iwyze to return my money

I have cancelled my car insurance policy with them because I wasn't happy with the way they were handling my claim, even after canceling they took my money and made sure that I and the Bank unable to reverse it, after realizing that the bank could not reverse it I expected them to call me and let me know when will the money be transferred back to my account but they're not communicating with me. Please help get my money for Iwyze my policy number is (***).. I don't think I will ever refer or advice anyone to join this insurance .
