Iwyze, The worst insurer in South Africa
On the 2nd of June my partner was involved in a car accident, which was reported with the Police and Iwyze as her insurer. Iwyze then requested that my partner goes back to the police station to get copies of the AR, Tracker report, pictures of the accident and that of the person who crashed into her. All of which she got and sent to them via email. She then called to no avail trying to get a response as to the status of her claim and to this day Iwyze refuses to take her calls nor have they responded to her claim. Iwyze as an insurer is very useless and isn't helpful in any way when their own client is in trouble and needs their assistance as per their contract. My partner is very frustrated by their treatment as they refuse to help her and it's now the 17th and still no response or assistance from them. My partner is now trying to cancel her policy and sign up with another insurer who is regarded as one of the best car insurer's in S.A but they still refuse to help her. How useless can this company be?

What game are you guys playing? A lady from your call centre just called asking for a bank statement which was sent to you. Why is it that at time of a claim, you guys behave as if the claimant doesn't have a policy with you guys? You requested: (1)Bank statement (To see monthly payments of premium) (2) Accident Report (3) Tracker report (4) Assessment report for vehicle. All these have been sent to you since the 2nd July, yet today you guys have the gaul to request a bank statement that has already been sent to you. Why don't you guys cancel this ****** policy instead of playing whatever this game you guys are playing?
