Iwyze terrible turnaround time and poor communication platforms.

Absolutely terrible turnaround time. I lodged a windscreen claim 10 days ago and still have not had the claim authorised. The approved repairer and myself email daily without receiving a reply. It is definitely a service I would not recommend to anyone..have had far better service with multiple other insurance companies.
