Iwyze Gap Gover - Horrific Service!

I have noted that you have responded privately, but with no actual resolve to this case. I asked for a turnaround time still no feed back.

As mentioned by the Manager/Team Leader, you are backlogged, that should not come in the way of good customer service, as a client of Iwyze I would expect exceptional customer service especially when it comes to resolving and helping when we have a query!

Please urgently get back to me with some answers! OR I am forced to go via the social media platform!
