IWYZE takes too long to process claims

Claim was logged on the 30th of June, they take too long to authorize my claim, then they are also taking too long to approve additional damages that were detected by the repairer(Renew-it). Today is the 2nd of August and additionals haven't been approved still and the repairer(Renew-it) can't even proceed with fixing without these additionals being approved. They don't give feedback they wait for you to call. Gloria Machete started with the claim, then it was assigned to Nthabiseng Galane (from Repairs department). I even had to escalate these issues to Boitumelo Lethwane(Repairs department team leader) so that she can speed up the process but till today i'm still stuck in the same place
