Iwyze stretch and dent is a ****

I have been paying for stretch and dents for years, but now when I submit a claim they say the stretches exceeding 15cm can't be covered, I mean this is half of the ruler. What does this policy cover? if it can't fix that...I feel ****med and ****** my premium all these years... if I could, i wish to give them Zero rating and cancel the cover.
