IWYZE STOPS CASH BACK

We signed up with iWYZE in 2014 and took advantage of the off they were running. If you insure your home/ car/ home contents in 7 years you get back all your home premiums back if no claim is made. I have now received my new policy and this has been taken away! So now we will not be getting the cash back we signed up for. I have called them on a number of occasions and been told each time a reprentative will call me back but they never did, This is very poor service and how can a insurance company change the terms of the policy to their advantage! Be aware of any offers they are advertising!
