IWYZE Still disappointing...2 Months with Panel Beater!!!
Dears
I am sad to say that I first submitted a complain on the 22 September 2021 and I was promised that the team at Iwyze was on it. Well to date the 29 September I still do not have a car. The Panel beater is still having to repair the car for the last 2 Months. I sent an email to the claims manager yesterday morning and received a response at 20:00. Wow are these guys busy. I think they have too much of business. Please can anyone share the details of a Customer service directors.
