iWyze sort out your rude marketers!
I'm an iWyze customer and have been satisfied with service. However I keep getting marketing calls for iWyze insurance quotations. I tell the marketer that I'm already a customer, I ask to be removed from their db, but all they do is hang up on me rudely. I've been pleasant on call, and now I'm growing tired of these marketing calls.

10 Feb 2024, 14:30Thank you, I appreciate that.
It does concern me that:
I'm happy with the outcome for now.
It does concern me that:
- iWYZE is marketing, using a 3rd party, that has peoples personal contact information. This company is clearly not internal, since they would know I'm a customer.
- The marketer did not adhere to the fact that my number is listed in the DNC database.
- Is this not a violation of the POPI act? No entity should retain contact or personal information without consent, and no other entity should pass on contact information without consent. So how do they have my details.
I'm happy with the outcome for now.
