Iwyze sold my car to the auctioneers

I made an accident claim on the 13th May and waited two weeks for the ourcome of the ckaim.I kept on phoning but there was no response from IWYZE. By the time I managed to get the feedback on the 27th May my car was already sent to the auctioneers without my consent. Fortunately I fought with Iwyze and I managed to get my car back.The custoner service is terrible and I regret why I took insurance with Iwyze. Nobody cares at IWYZE, I have sent so many complaints via email but they don't respond Stay away from Iwyze guys, I m running away after I nearly lost my car.
