Iwyze should be canceled

Iwyze is the pits. My husband had an accident on the 4th of June with my car. My claim was registered on the 6th of June and an assessor appointed. The decision was taken to write off the car as it was costly to fix. Was sent forms to start with process forms signed and sent back on the 15th of June with a copy of car registration certicate. I was the Original certicate will be collected and that the whole process will be concluded in 10 to 15days. Upon not having anyone come collect the certicate I decided to call,only to find outvthat my claim was moved to another consultant who actually told me a second assessor was sent to assess the car engine. With poor communication from them I've been following them around to get feedback. 1. Waiting on assessor report,week later-analysing the report and more weeks of waiting on management approval on a car which was already declared written off,probably just finding ways not to pay me. As I sit kow,I have no idea what's going on,schools are open to week and I don't know what I'm gonna do. What's wrong with Iwyze and it's management? Poor communication,poor service,poor customer care,the only thing they do good is to take their premiums.I am so disappointed as this is the least I expected from them.
