IWYZE SERVICE IS HELL IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

I'm disappointed with their service.I submitted my claim on the 29th of November 2022, but the claim was finalized and approved on the 30th of Jan 2023, the Authorisation was made on the 2nd of Feb because of no updates from them I called the panel beater where my car is even now they told me that they don't have my car on their system but it is in their premises,then I also called the company which the Authorisation was sent to the lady i spoke to told me that Iwyze also called them asking about the car they said they don't have the car in their premises but they did have the Auth.So no.1 Time frame dealing with the claim wS too long.no2 they lost my car for almost 3months they only found out mid Feb if I'm correct after I told the lady from Renew it.no:3Their excess fee is R11700 but I don't know how because they told me that my excess was R4500.no:4 they don't care about me struggling whilst my car is still waiting to be fixed by them.no:5 My car could be having other damages whilst in that penalbeater I'm talking about paint,tyres,wires and other parts because it's in the open with no shelter for 4months straight.no: 5 my car was driven by the tow guy out of my garage to the street where the tow truck was but when Phumla Ndhlovu called me she said I was the one driving it so because of that my excess is now R11700 because of other parts were damaged because of that and I told her who drive the car she said as a company they are not liable for that my question is who is?I'm in HELL with this company their services is that bad.During this rainy weather's and hot weather I'm using public transport which is more expensive for me considering the fact that I still have to pay that R11700 guys I feel ******,emotionally abused and financially strained by this company.The 30 days car hire was awesome but now it's been full three months without a car..Are you for real???? My kids and i are suffering especially during rainy days?? It pours on us for sure. I missed funerals of family members I had to cancel some of my personal trips because of you are unreliable.On the 8th of April my sister us getting married in Free State I bet with my life I will miss that moment too all because of your bad service...I'm soo disappointed really you have mislead me that one I know for sure.
