iWyze service below zero! Claims not completed

I had my first claim with iWyze and it has been a nightmare where the plumber came to make an assessment and submit a report. For almost 2 months iWyze is telling me they await a report from the Assessor. This is water damage that has to wait for a service provider of iWyze to submit a report and iWyze cant hold them accountable to time frames! I'm appalled by this service. I have made the worst mistake with this insurer. Quick to source clients but pathetic in service
