Iwyze ******* of my money

Hellopeter can you please help me Iwyze took my car as my insurance that I choose from other competitors, but only to find out when my car has been hit by someone's car they show me there true colours. They have given me the worst treatment that I have never expected in my life from them as I took them because I know old mutual from long ago they treated me like I have never been their client taking my car to there storage which they kept for Almost 2 months, and strip my car parts without my permission and after that they reject my claim and when they bring it back my car was in onather shape. They took my car keys, disc and other parts of the car. I ask them about then even today no one is saying anything about them. I am asking my self is this the treatment am suppose to get or is it because I am a black person in South Africa for almost 28 years of freedom the the so called companies are are still ******** us and give us as bad treatment as they gave me instead of protecting my car and myself it's almost 3 months now I don't have a car and they still deducting my money y are they doing that where as they fail to protect me?
