Iwyze ****

I canceled my insurance with Iwyze and they sent me a confirmation letter to confirm that my policy has been canceled and I even received a refund from the cancelation...now all of a sudden i get a deduction of an older policy which I had also called to make the cancelation in November 2021...now 10 months later I am getting a deduction of that policy, and smes saying I benefited from that policy, what exactly did I benefit from that policy as I have NEVER used any services from it? And I reversed the premium because you still deducted evwn after anceled this policy. Why are you taking my money for something that has not ever benefited me?, even your service is so poor, your consultants don't know how to answer questions of why a policy of more than 10 months ago is deducting now in 2022. Please stop this ******** I am already with a new insurance which I am benefitting greatly from, stop making deductions in my account. This is *****. What gives IWYZE the right to just come and deduct monies in our accounts with no communication??? they just deduct claiming that I owe them even after I have canceled the policies with them!!!! I don't owe you anything!!!
