Iwyze ****

Iwyze advertised a Promotion Premium Comparison, but when they could not beat my current insurance premium, they made excuses for not paying me the R505 which was promised in the advert. The lady that I spoke to said that I had to have insurance for atleast 12 months (uninterupted), which i did. She then said she would call me back. When she called me back, she gave me another excuse, saying that I needed to be insured with the same insurer for 12 months (obviously now changing the story because she had done research before phoning me back and checking that I had changed my insurer recently). I then checked the T&C's, which did not state that I needed to be insured with the same insurer for atleast 12 months. I then queried this with them and I was contacted a few days later to inform me to have a look at their T&C's again as it had been updated to stipulate such.
