IWYZE roadside assistances renders no assistance

I have been an IWYZE customer for years. And for years it went well and this is because I pay the premium and never claim. Until Sunday 10 October when I was driving in the Karoo with my 13 year old son. My car broke down in the middle of nowhere. I phones the IWYZE number three times between ten and ten thirty in the morning, partly due to the fact that I could not believe my ears, It stated that I have to press 1 for household emergencies and 2 for road side assistance. I pressed 2 and was informed by a recording that assistance is not available as it is a public holiday! Which of course it was not. I believed that Roadside assistance is available 24/7. I felt let down my IWYZE. I was left standing in the middle of nowhere on the R62 and had to have my car towed at my own costs. For me, who was a loyal customer who timeously pays a rather large premium, this was unacceptable. I will almost certainly be moving my insurance elsewhere.
