IWYZE Repudiated Insurance Claim

I was hijacked on 22/08/2022 and my claim was repudiated by IWYZE because the SIU Trenton Schubart suggested that I was using the car for e hailing services when I got hijacked although I explained to him that the ********s gained access to my mobile phone and they were busy tempering with it and logging into all the Apps on my mobile phone then. He also emailed me a footage from a shopping complex dated Jul'22 which according to him confirms that my car was used to e hailing by another driver and promised to provide more footages to support his allegations. I asked for number of trips made and for the transactions and amount of money received from the trip/s but he never responded. He only said, it was late in the night, and my wife wouldn't allow me to go out unless if I was making some money for her. He also asked me to suspend my mobile phone for him to continue with the assessment/s. His responses to my emails are shocking. I have all the correspondences with me if needed. The assessor treated my claim like a ******** case with all his investigation done on me as if I was the hijacker and all his investigations with Bolt and the footage from Olienhout Plaza were conducted without my consent.
