IWYZE rejects my claim

I am soo dissapointed with iWYZE insurance.

My car was ****** and it was recovered and unfortunatley the ****s removed the tracker which is by trackersa and my dashboard is now in a mess.

Logged a claim with iwyze and they managed to remove the car from police pound to panel beaters.

Now i receive an email stating that they reject my claim and they will have to pay me back my montly premiums less the third party.

Downgrading me from comprehensive cover to third party cover. Unbelievable. Citing inspection was never done. I need clarity on any one with similar incident to advice me.

Is this how u treat your clients… iWYZE?
