Iwyze rejects every claim

Very unhappy that iwyze rejected my scratch and dent claim of 4500 only because it’s the centimetres of the dent , what is the use of having scratch and dent cover if I have to claim a small dent from a vehicle insurance . I must say iwyze finds every reason to reject your claim , I asked for the call recording so we can determine if this was said to me that I will only be covered to a certain cm of the dent but even now nothing was sent . I must say this is very bad for an insurance company that has been in the business for such a long time I now have to fix the damage myself but I pay every month .
