IWYZE Rejection Claim

I submitted a claim on 06 July 2022 and never heard from the company again. I made a lot of phone calls regarding my claim or its status. To my surprise on 30 September 2022, my claim was rejected by the lady who was so rude to named Bianca Pretorius. I appealed the rejection and sent a letter to IWYZE even today not even an acknowledgment letter I received. I asked for an insurance agreement that was done as they claim I agree to take my car to Autoboys. Whoever is taking their insurance or with them must ask for CLAIM CONDITIONS. She even went on that I was arrested after the accident and I was drunk, all this information was a lie and the police report say a different statement. Even the car I was involved with in the accident left the scene and the driver of the other vehicle gave the wrong name apparently.
