IWYZE rejecting CLAIM

I have submit a claim at Iwyze for a vehicle accident I have been in. Policy nr. ***. I was previously insured by FNB direct and IWYZE has taken over the policy apparently from 1/08/2015 without contacting their clients and ask them if they want IWYZE to be their insurer. I have enclosed all relevant previous claims to FNB Direct and know IWYZE state that I did not enclose all previous claims and therefore they rejecting my claim and cancelling my policy because apparently I am a high risk client. I can not see that I am a High Risk Client if I was NOT responsible for any of the accidents I have been in. It was just a situation of being at the wrong place at the wrong time. I also cant see that they can say it is a lost for the insurance company if they did received their money back from the persons responsible for the accidents insurance. It was NO LOST for them. They didn't even have the decency to contact me beforehand to tell me the situation of my claim, but waited until I drove all the way to their offices and Reinhart Smith hand me the letter with an attitude and said if I am not satisfied I can go to the Ombudsman and lay a complaint.
