Iwyze rejected my claim but refuses to share evidence

This is regarding my claim *** with Old mutual iwyze. Basically iwyze rejected my claim alleging that according to their Expert reports, my vehicle exceeded the speed limit.

My simple request is to be provided with the Expert reports including the supporting evidence. Iwyze is however refusing to share the evidence claiming that it's part of their internal and confidential documents.

So, in essence iwyze claims that they have an Expert report and evidence that suggest that I exceeded the speed limit , yet they also won't share that evidence.

How do I know that this evidence even if exists or if it is sufficient ?

Let it be noted that this complaint is not about the decision to reject my claim (for now), but rather about not being provided with a fair opportunity to examine the evidence that was used in rejecting my claim.
