Iwyze refusing to reopen my claim.

Iam very upset with iwyze car insurance I have had them for over a year now since 2021 when we bought our car. In May I met up with an accident and I made a claim with them on the same day but I had advice from a friend saying it was not a major thing so I must do a claim with my dent and scratches policy, I sent iwyze an email notifying them that I will use my dent and scratches policy with another company but turns out it's not a dent it needs me to do it via my insurance when I called iwyze they refusing to reopen the claim for me telling me that they do not reopen claims that I closed but no one mede me aware of this. It is all good when they are deducting money from my account but when they have to render a service to me I need to have a headache and fight with them iam really mad and certainly looking for a new insurance company.
