iwyze really going the extra mile not to pay or at least have compassion in these difficult times

I had an issue yesterday called locksmith to sort me out today I call iwyze to put a claim was told I could have called them they provide those services for free. Therefore, I cannot be reimbursed. I will be honest iwyze has being good for me but within this past two years or so the services it's not good this is my second claim now being given a horrible service in succession. It's like i was expecting that really i would not assistance. Ya unfortunately I have been with them for over seven years now coming from FNB insurance. I think I need to reconsider ... Imagine I just added a new car had lots of insurance calling me. While me singing the song "NO guys I have issuance" Now I got an egg on my face.
