IWYZE R505 - A LIE AND FALSE ADVERTISING

R505 Advert A LIE AND FALSE ADVERTISING !!!!!! They were not able to beat my premuim, the advisor didnt even both to email me my quote, so I send through all my documents to them without the quote. Then today i get a call and they say i dont qualify because they dont offer excess lower than R3000. Really? If I increase my current excess- then my premium will be even lower. No where do they state for an excess of R3000 or higher on their T&C's. The advisor dint even tell me this after i told him what my excess is. So the advisors dont even know their product and T&C's. Really, why run this promotion if you actually dont want to pay the people out, because clearly you will find any reason to not pay... I dont trust your product and will not even bother to refer other people for this promotion, so dont worry about having to pay any more money.... PATHETIC!!!
